While New Hampshire Housing offers a variety of programs to assist first-time buyers attain the dream of home ownership, we also provide programs for existing home owners. Along with the Authority's Single Family Mortgage Program, New Hampshire Housing also finances and administers several Special Mortgage Programs that are available for existing home owners.

The Divorced Borrower Program offers families a chance to keep children in their home by providing mortgage financing to the custodial spouse in a divorce.

The Emergency Housing Repair Loan Program helps existing New Hampshire Housing borrowers to borrow the funds needed to make life safety repairs to their home.

The HomeAccess Program gives existing owners a means of making their home accessible for a family member who is physically disabled.

Finally, the Single Family Mortgage Program is available to buyers in certain areas of the state, called "targeted communities", who are existing owners who are selling their current home.
